This is one of the main centers Jesuits in New Spain, a clear Churrigueresque.Some consider the monumental temple of the city, boasts a neo-classical dome that dates from the second half of the nineteenth century, as the original collapsed in 1808.Its facade is of pink stone images of saints of the order of the Society of Jesus and how in many churches, its original baroque altarpieces disappeared and gave rise to neoclassical altars.t
